Planning Corporate Christmas Gifts: A Step-by-Step Guide
Corporate Christmas gifting is easier when you plan it in a set order: who you are thanking, what you want to spend, which gifts suit them, how they will be branded and where they need to go. Doing those steps first means you can give us a clear required date instead of guessing at a cut-off. This guide walks through each step and finishes with a checklist you can copy into your enquiry.
1. Start with your recipient list
List everyone you plan to thank and group them, for example key clients, referral partners, suppliers and your own team. Each group may suit a different gift and budget, and the list tells you two things you need early: how many gifts to order and how many delivery addresses are involved.
If you are also gifting your own people, our staff gifts are a good place to compare options, and our thank-you gifts suit clients and partners outside the Christmas range.
2. Set a budget per gift
Set a budget for each group rather than one total, so the gift matches the relationship. Our Christmas 2026 collection currently ranges from single wine boxes at the entry level to full hampers and coolers at the top, and every product page shows its price. To shop by budget, use our price ranges: under $80, $80 to $100, $100 to $125, $125 to $150 and $150 to $200.
Remember to allow for extras such as branding setup, which some products charge separately (see step 4).
3. Choose gifts that suit each group
Read each product's listed contents before you choose. A few starting points from the Christmas range:
- A simple thank-you: A Christmas Gesture is a single wine box where you choose the bottle from a drop-down list.
- Recipients who would rather not receive alcohol: The Italian Edit (Robert Gordon latte cups, a Bialetti Moka pot, mini chocolate panettone, ribbed bowls and shortbread) and The Festive Board (marble serving board, gold knife set, panettone, pudding and shortbread) have no wine, spirits or cocktails in their listed contents. Some food items, such as a rum and brandy pudding, may still contain alcohol, so check ingredients if it matters.
- A gift that lasts beyond the day: The Festive Cooler and The Pinot & Panettone Cooler are built around the Sorrento Cooler. Check each product page for current availability.
Keep a note of any dietary or alcohol preferences in your recipient list so you can match gifts to people before you order.
4. Decide on branding early
Branding can add lead time, because artwork has to be supplied and approved. For the Christmas period:
- There is no minimum order for branding on our Christmas hampers. When you choose a branded hamper, email your logo in a vector file format to hello@bundlgifting.com.au.
- On the coolers, your logo can be engraved on the Sorrento Cooler handle and/or printed on a swing tag, with no minimum order. Email your branding files with your order number.
- Branded ribbon has minimum order requirements and a $121 (incl GST) setup fee, invoiced at the artwork finalisation stage.
- Branded gift cards are printed in packs of 200, with a turnaround of approximately two weeks from design approval.
See all of our corporate branding options. If you are weighing up a branded hamper against logo merchandise, read branded gift boxes vs branded merchandise.
5. Work out delivery
We ship Australia wide. How you order depends on how many places the gifts are going:
- One location, such as your office: check out online as normal. Online orders go to one delivery address.
- Several locations, such as each client's home or office: because of additional delivery charges, fill in our Individual Delivery Log spreadsheet (linked on each Christmas product page) and email it to us. We will send a manual invoice instead of you checking out online, so we have every recipient's details correct.
Our how to order page explains both options.
6. Give us a required date, not a guess
Rather than working to a general Christmas cut-off, tell us the date your gifts need to arrive, for example before your office closes for the year or ahead of a client event. If you need gifts by a particular date, email our team before ordering so we can arrange it. Work backwards from that date and allow for any artwork approval in step 4.
Your Christmas gifting checklist
Copy these points into your enquiry and we can confirm options quickly:
- Number of gifts, grouped by recipient type
- Chosen hampers or gift sets, or your budget per gift
- Dietary or alcohol preferences to consider
- Branding wanted (hamper branding, ribbon, gift cards, cooler engraving) and your logo in a vector file
- One delivery address, or a completed Individual Delivery Log for several
- The date the gifts need to arrive
- Card messages, if you want a personal note included
