Create Your Own Branded Hamper No Minimum Order Shipping Australia Wide

How to brief a corporate gifting supplier

A good brief is the quickest way to get corporate gifts that land well. It saves back-and-forth, helps your supplier recommend the right hampers, and makes branding and delivery far easier to plan. Here's what to include, why it matters, and a template you can copy straight into an email.

1. Who the gifts are for

Start with your recipients. Clients, staff, referral partners and new homeowners all call for a slightly different gift. If you have more than one group, list them separately, for example "40 clients and 12 staff".

It also helps to mention anything you already know about your recipients, such as whether a non-alcoholic option is needed or if some gifts are going to offices rather than homes.

2. The occasion

Christmas, a settlement or handover, a thank-you, onboarding or a business milestone each suit different styles of gift. Telling your supplier the occasion means they can point you to the right range, like our Christmas 2026 collection, settlement gifts or handover gifts.

3. How many gifts you need

Give a number, even if it's an estimate. Quantity affects which branding options make sense, because minimum quantities vary by product. Some options, like our branded gift boxes and candles, have no minimum order, while others do.

4. Your budget per gift

A budget per gift (rather than a total) is the most useful number you can give. It lets your supplier show you hampers that fit straight away. If it helps, browse by price first, for example our hampers under $150.

5. Branding

Decide what you'd like branded and send your logo early. Options at Bundl include branded gift boxes, ribbons, engraved wooden boards, candles and gift cards. Have a look at our branding capabilities to see what's possible.

Allow time for artwork. For example, branded gift cards take approximately two weeks from design approval.

6. Where the gifts are going

Tell your supplier whether everything is going to one address or to many. At Bundl, online orders go to one delivery address per order. If you're sending to multiple recipients, email us your chosen hampers and we'll send you a spreadsheet to fill in each recipient's details. We ship Australia-wide.

7. When you need them

If the gifts need to arrive by a certain date, say so up front. That date shapes everything else, from branding to delivery. Contact our team to arrange a specific delivery date before you order.

Common gaps that slow an order down

  • A total budget with no per-gift figure
  • "Some clients" instead of a number
  • Logo files sent after the gifts are chosen
  • Delivery addresses still being collected close to the date you need them
  • No mention of dietary or alcohol preferences
