Our little Bundl team of 2, spent 2 days talking all things Settlement Gifting at the largest Australasian Real Estate Conference - AREC on the Gold Coast. 

The event had a key line up of the worlds best entrepreneurs and key real estate figures including Ryan Serhant, Ryan Reynolds and Mark Bouris. The conference was incredible with a buzz indescribable, it was great to see 5,000+ people in one space, willing to better themselves, learn, grow and network.

Key points we took away from talking to hundreds of individual real estate agents from around Australia:

• Gifting to buyers should be of high importance to capture and nurture these warm leads;
• 9/10 agents are gifting on settlement, don't be that 1% that isn't; 
• Less is more when it comes to branding and at Bundl, we have a great grasped of this so let us assist when working out your hampers;
• A quote left by Ryan Serhant is our new mantra of life and business Say yes, then workout the rest'
• Networking is everything. 

While it has only been a few days since AREC24, we are already counting down for ARAC 25.
